Woodgrain has confirmed that an appeal challenging its ownership of the Towanda, Pennsylvania manufacturing facility has been formally dropped, securing the company's full and undisputed control of the operation. The appeal, filed by JELD-WEN following Woodgrain's acquisition of the facility in January 2025, was dismissed prior to a court decision, bringing the matter to a close.

The resolution finalizes the divestiture and confirms Woodgrain's long-term ownership of the Towanda plant, which manufactures molded interior door skins, exterior trim and panels. Woodgrain leadership stated that the outcome removes remaining uncertainty and allows the company to focus on continued investments in the operation and customer service.
