This particular investment will increase Holmen’s annual production of renewable energy from water and wind by 360 GWh to just over 2 TWh.

Lars Lundin, presently head of the Holmen Paper business area, will manage Holmen Board & Paper’s operations. Johan Nellbeck, who is presently head of the Holmen Iggesund Paperboard business area, will leave Holmen once when the business combination has been fulfilled.
RemaSawco receives an order from Holmen for approximately SEK 6.2 million ($606,000). Delivery, installation and commissioning will take place in October 2024.
