Builders FirstSource has acquired the assets of Premium Building Components, a supplier operating manufacturing facilities in Ballston Spa and Queensbury, New York.
The acquisition expands Builders FirstSource's service territory from Augusta, Maine, to the Delaware border and as far west as Buffalo.
The leadership team of Premium Building Components will report to Area Manager Ernie Peters.
