Certification

The American Forest Resource Council (AFRC) announced RY Timber as its newest member. The company currently operates a stud mill in Livingston, Montana, and is one of the top structural lumber manufacturers in the state.

Element5 received Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Chain of Custody certification from SCS Global Services. As an FSC Certificate Holder, Element5 will produce mass timber products certified as FSC Mix (Trademark License Code: FSC-C166066).

Ranpak Holdings Corp. announced that all of its European manufacturing facilities have obtained a Chain of Custody certification from the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and that, going forward, packaging products produced by Ranpak for the European, Middle East and Asia-Pacific markets will be FSC certified.

The American Forest Resource Council (AFRC) welcomes Woodgrain as it newest member. Lindsay Warness, Woodgrain’s Safety, Forest Policy and Environmental Manager, will join AFRC’s Board of Directors, and will work closely with AFRC staff on efforts to support active management on regional national forests.
