Noe, Chief Financial Officer of Pfleiderer AG, is leaving the Executive Board of Pfleiderer AG effective January 14, 2008, according resolution of the Pfleiderer Supervisory Board. The Pfleiderer AG Supervisory Board will decide about a successor for the CFO in due course. For the time being the Chief Executive Officer Hans H. Overdiek and the Executive Board Members Michael Ernst and Robert Hopperdietzel will take on respective duties.
