Jun 23, 2005. /Lesprom Network/. On creditors meeting at the district court in Helsingborg it was decided to continue the reconstruction of Klippan AB. Concerning Klippan Mölndal AB the decision to continue the reconstruction has been made earlier. The creditors support the decision of reconstruction of both Klippan AB and Klippan Mölndal AB. Concerning the measures carried out within the Klippan group a strong support is expressed by the creditors. A creditors committee has been created for the creditors of Klippan AB and Klippan Mölndal AB with representatives from suppliers, the bank and the employees, aiming to represent the creditors in the future contact with the reconstructor Mr Guy Lofalk. Klippan is a leading producer of speciality paper for the graphic industry with a total capacity of 200,000 tons per year. Production is carried out at the three mills in Klippan, Lessebo and Mölndal.
