On May 21, Sunds Fibertech entered into an agreement to acquire Advanced Cyclone Systems (ACS), a renowned Portuguese cyclone specialist company with several patents for emission and particle separation. The acquisition will formally take effect on May 27.
ACS with headquarter in Portugal and a subsidiary in Brazil was founded 2008 by Romualdo Salcedo and Pedro Araújo. The company is dedicated to the development and commercialization of high efficiency cyclone systems worldwide.
With this acquisition, Sunds Fibertech will enhance its presence in Europe and South America and expand the Environmental Systems business segment. The combined organization will leverage shared knowledge, best practices, and innovations across all markets, contributing to the development of a stronger product portfolio and service offering.
