ÅF Pöyry has acquired the remaining 84.2% shares in AF-Incepal SA, as the company says in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
AF-Incepal is specialised in pulp & paper and tissue industry with a complete project package including services within Project management, Process engineering, Civil engineering, Electrical & Automation, Pipe & Plant Design, Mechanical engineering, Technical calculations, Installation monitoring, Commissioning and Start-up.
AF-Incepal has approximately 40 employees based in Spain. The company was consolidated in ÅF Pöyry effective July 1 2019.

With AF-Incepal as a part of ÅF Pöyry we will reach new geographical markets and the company will also complement our paper, packaging and recycling knowledge. The acquisition is in line with our strategy to grow our business in the global pulp & paper market,” says Jonas Gustavsson, President and CEO of ÅF Pöyry.
