Moscow, Jun 08, 2009. /Lesprom Network/. Shareholders of Mondi Syktyvkar OJSC (Republic of Komi, Russia) met at the general annual meeting where they elected the new board of directors: Rinat Starkov, Peter Machacek, Mark Bartolomi, Wolf Gordian Hauser, Johann Perthold, the company reports.
Vera Yarukova is elected into the audit committee, while the auditor company for 2009 is Deloitte and Touche CIS CJSC.
Shareholders also approved the annual report and financial statements. It was decided not to pay common stock dividends for 2008 and direct net benefit not allocated for dividends for development of the enterprise. Preferred stock dividend was set at the level of 3 roubles ($0.098) per share.
The meeting was held on May 15, 2009 with a 100% quorum.
