In June of 2018, the fraudsters appeared on the Russian pulp and paper market that is the companies and persons negotiating on behalf of JSC “Arkhangelsk Pulp and Paper Mill” and representing as the employees of J SC “Arkhangelsk PPM”.
These persons represent themselves as employees of sales and export departments. In addition, they send counterfeit proposal letters for cooperation on products of JSC "APPM" with a forged signature of General Director.
Then, a potential buyer under various pretexts is offered to pay advance payment to the accounts of companies that have nothing to do with the mill.
JSC Arkhangelsk Pulp and Paper Mill never asks the customers to transfer finances to other accounts, except for the own current account. All the mill’s working phones have the code of Novodvinsk - (81852). All email addresses end with [email protected]
