Ashlee Cribb joins the Gorman Group on 1 April 2026 and assumes the role of Chief Executive Officer on 1 July 2026, following a three-month transition alongside current CEO Nick Arkle. She brings over 30 years of experience in the forest products and manufacturing sectors, with leadership roles spanning family-owned and publicly traded organizations. The succession plan was announced by the Gorman Group.
Ashlee Cribb will be based in West Kelowna and work across all operations. Following the transition period, Arkle will continue to support the business as non-executive Chair of the Board, maintaining his work with government and Indigenous partners.
