BSW Timber strengthens sales team with four new appointments

Oct 07, 2011. /Lesprom Network/. BSW Timber, the UK's largest sawmilling group, has expanded its national and regional sales teams with appointments from executive to director level. The new team will support BSW's investment and expansion plans across the business, ensuring customer service is at its highest and new business opportunities are secured, as the company said in a press release received by Lesprom Network.

Newly appointed Sales Directors, Neil Horton and Dave Chapman, will report to Sales and Marketing Director, Laura Smith.

Neil Horton, Sales Director National Accounts, has previously worked in the panel board sector, and joins from Kingspan Potton where he gained substantial experience in timber frame housing.

Dave Chapman, Sales Director Buying Groups, previously Sales Director for Sonae UK Limited, brings international experience to the role, and has extensive knowledge of the market.

The Sales Directors will be supported by newly appointed Sales Executives, Sian Moreton and Andy Marshall. Sian, previously a Key Account Manager with Grange Fencing Ltd, and Andy, previously Sales Manager with Trade Mouldings Ltd, will work within the sales team to drive customer engagement and growth opportunities.
