Aug 07, 2015. /Lesprom Network/. Barry‐Wehmiller Cos., Inc. is moving toward acquiring the Bielomatik group associated with the paper processing product line of Bielomatik Leuze GmbH + Co. KG. They signed a letter of agreement, and expect the sale to be finalized in the upcoming months, once approval conditions are met, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

Bielomatik’s paper processing product line that cuts, binds, finishes and wraps paper will merge with BW Papersystems, headquartered in the USA, a global supplier to the paper and board sheeting; paper converting; and corrugating industries.

BW Papersystems, with Bielomatik, will employ over 1,600 team members worldwide and is expected to generate revenue in excess of $400 million.
