Boise Cascade names Rob Johnson SVP of manufacturing to oversee 18 facilities

Boise Cascade Company names Rob Johnson Senior Vice President of manufacturing for its Wood Products division, effective June 16, 2025. In this role, Johnson will oversee operations at 18 manufacturing facilities across the U.S. He will continue to report to Troy Little, Executive Vice President of Wood Products, according to Boise Cascade Company.

Johnson joined Boise Cascade in 2014 as a Business Optimization Engineer in Wood Products and has held a series of progressive leadership roles, including Eastern Region Manager. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Engineered Wood Products.

Before joining Boise Cascade, Johnson accumulated over 20 years of industry experience in manufacturing and distribution. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Oregon and served in the U.S. Marine Corps.
