Boise Cascade Company has promoted two internal executives to vice president roles within its sales and marketing divisions, effective 19 January 2026. Dennis Fringuelli, previously director of sales and marketing for the Building Materials Distribution (BMD) division, will now lead that division as vice president. Jeff Dracup, formerly director of sales and marketing for Engineered Wood Products (EWP), will become vice president for that segment, according to Boise Cascade.
Both executives have extensive careers with the company. Fringuelli joined Boise Cascade in 1999 and has held a series of sales and marketing positions over his 27-year career in the industry.
Dracup started with the company in 2004, progressing through sales and product management roles before moving to the Wood Products division.
CEO Nate Jorgensen stated the promotions resulted from a deliberate succession planning process and recognize the leaders' performance and embodiment of company values.
Boise Cascade is one of the largest U.S. wholesale distributors of building materials in North America.
