Sep 17, 2009. /Lesprom Network/. Borax Morarji has completed sale of its timber division situated at Shenbagaraman Puthur for the consideration of Rs 3.61crore (approx. $750.000), as Stock Marketing reported.
The process is now complete and effective from August 28, 2009, the division stands transferred to S Suthakar, Borotik India Products, Nagarcoil, Tamil Nadu.
Borax Morarji deals in boric acid, borax and timber products. It is also engaged in production of specialty chemicals.
