Builders FirstSource acquires Builder’s Door & Trim and Rystin Construction in the Las Vegas area, adding turnkey millwork capabilities with aggregate trailing twelve-month sales of approximately $48 million as of June 30, 2025. The company had no millwork operations in the region before these acquisitions, according to Builders FirstSource.
Peter Jackson, President and CEO of Builders FirstSource, said the acquisitions strengthen customer relationships and expand value-added product offerings in a desirable market. Both companies are recognized for their millwork expertise, with Builder’s Door & Trim and Rystin Construction now joining Builders FirstSource operations.
Builders FirstSource, headquartered in Irving, Texas, is the largest U.S. supplier of building products, prefabricated components, and value-added services for residential construction and remodeling. The company operates in 43 states with approximately 585 locations, holding a presence in 48 of the top 50 and 92 of the top 100 metropolitan statistical areas.
