Burton Mill Solutions has acquired Moraska Saw Inc., a saw service and repair provider serving the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and Wisconsin since 1973. The acquisition integrates Moraska's band saw, circle saw, carbide saw and chipper knife reconditioning services into Burton's North American network of saw and knife reconditioning centers.

The move expands Burton's service capacity and product range in the Great Lakes region, offering customers access to a wider array of cutting tool products and technical expertise. Founded by Jim Moraska, the company has built its reputation on precise reconditioning work and dependable turnaround, providing replacement parts alongside repair and sharpening services.

"This acquisition strengthens our ability to support wood processors in Michigan and Wisconsin," said Ray Eluskie, Burton Midwest District Manager. "Moraska has always focused on helping customers solve problems with high-quality services and products, and that aligns perfectly with the values that guide our mission."
