Canada's lumber production decreased 2.9% from January to 4 659.9 thousand cubic metres in February. Production was 1% lower than in February 2020, as Statistics Canada reported.
Sawmills shipped 4 349.9 thousand cubic metres of lumber in February, down 5.6% from January and up 5.4% from February 2020.
