Charles H. Greiner Jr joins Frank Parsons' Board of Directors

Greiner, Jr., former Senior Vice President of International Paper, is the eighth member to be elected to the Frank Parsons board of directors, as reported by the company. During his tenure at International Paper, Mr. Greiner helped the company integrate Union Camp and Champion International, achieving world-leading market share in printing and writing papers. Today, International Paper is the world's largest producer of paper and packaging, with $22 billion in annual sales, more than 50,000 employees, and hundreds of manufacturing and distribution facilities across the globe. Active in industry affairs, Mr. Greiner has held leadership positions in several respected organizations, including the American Forest and Paper Association, the Paper Distribution Council, the Graphic Arts Technical Foundation, and the U.S. Department of Commerce Trade Advisory Committee. He is currently on the board of directors of Caraustar Industries, Inc. and Mohawk Fine Papers, Inc. Mr. Greiner received his MBA from Old Dominion University, where he teaches leadership in the graduate business school. He is also actively involved in several nonprofit initiatives in the Virginia Beach area. "Charlie brings with him an incredible 32 years of proven sales, marketing, and leadership experience.
