The U.S. Department of Commerce is initiating an antidumping duty administrative review of the order on multilayered wood flooring from the People’s Republic of China for the period December 1, 2024 through November 30, 2025, naming Hunchun Xingjia Wooden Flooring Inc. and Zhejiang Longsen Lumbering Co., Ltd. as companies under review, as part of an initiation notice covering multiple orders, the International Trade Administration announced.

Respondent selection may be limited to a subset of firms, using either U.S. Customs and Border Protection import data or quantity-and-value questionnaires. The CBP data or questionnaire is set to be placed on the record within five days of publication, with respondent selection targeted within 35 days. Parties can file comments within seven days after the data are placed on the record, and rebuttal comments within five days after the initial comment deadline.

Reviews can be rescinded when there are no suspended entries for a company and/or under its company-specific case number. Producers or exporters named in the initiation notice can notify the agency within 30 days of publication if they had no exports, sales, or entries during the period of review, and requesters can withdraw a review request within 90 days of publication. Final results are scheduled no later than December 31, 2026.
