Conifex Timber's revenues increased to a record $669.9 million in 2018 from $469.7million in 2017, representing a year-over-year increase of 43%, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
Conifex Timber recorded operating income of $17.9 million in 2018 compared to $31.4 million in 2017.
Adjusted EBITDA was $40.4 million for 2018 and $46 million for 2017.
The company recorded a net loss for 2018 of $7.1 million, or $0.19 per diluted share, comparedto net income of $17 million, or $0.67 per diluted share, for 2017.
Conifex and its subsidiaries' primary business currently includes timber harvesting, reforestation, forest management, sawmilling logs into lumber and wood chips, and value added lumber finishing and distribution.
