A spare parts warehouse in Bangkok opened in 2020 by German machine and plant manufacturer Dieffenbacher has been significantly expanded with the addition of a new office and more local employees to serve the needs of customers in Thailand and Southeast Asia.

“Thailand has always been an important market for us,” explains Ralf Schmidt, Head of Global Lifetime Service Wood & Recycling at Dieffenbacher. “We’re reflecting this by extending our range of services, particularly our Lifetime Service, to support our customers’ plant operations, but also through commissioning, modernization, consulting, audits and spare parts supply. Our goal is to be the best possible partner for our customers’ success,” Schmidt continues.

The expanded Dieffenbacher team for Thailand includes two technologists, two electricians, a mechanic and an administrative employee. Dieffenbacher TH Ltd. is a subsidiary of Dieffenbacher Asia Pacific SDN. BHD., based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. “Our 28 employees serving Southeast Asia give us an extremely strong foundation for supporting our customers and partners in the region,” says Andy Müller, Managing Director of Dieffenbacher Asia Pacific.
