Forest Fuels acquires biomass specialists Solid Futures.
Gill Alker, Forest Fuels Head of Consultancy said, "We're very pleased to have added to our team with Solid Futures. Our clear aim is to help our customers through the sometimes complex biomass set up and maintenance process and having the ability to get to a much wider expanse of the country means we can assist many more of our customers who often need help with cleaning out fuel stores and regular servicing needs".
Solid Futures has been operating successfully since 2012 with a customer base of 150 spread throughout the Midlands, Wales, Cheshire, Yorkshire, Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire. Under Forest Fuels its focus will move away from installations and instead major on service and maintenance.
The move also adds Operations Manager Ben Innes, a highly experienced project manager with the additional benefit of construction management under his belt. Ben will help coordinate servicing activities across the company. Also adding to the team are two, very experienced biomass specialist Engineers - James Grisewood, pictured in the centre and Steve Sumner.
