In this position, he will have Executive Board responsibility for finance, tax, controlling and accounting at the Pfleiderer Group, an internationally leading manufacturer of engineered wood. Mr. Graeve is an accomplished financial manager with many years of experience gained in high-level positions at German companies. Mr. Graeve has been responsible for finance at Pfleiderer AG since the middle of January 2008, until now as general manager.
