A company spokesman cited severe buying pressure from log exporters and continued wet weather, which have increased log prices to near record levels and created a log shortage. The situation will be reviewed the week of May 1.
High Cascade is headquartered in Carson, Washington, USA. The company's mill in Carson is a state of the art sawmill, planing mill and kiln drying (KD) facility, specializing in high quality dimension lumber.
