Apr 26, 2011. /Lesprom Network/. Since the morning of April 26, Holmen Paper Madrid is affected by a strike. The strike has forced the mill to shut down production and stop deliveries to customers, as the company said in a press release received by Lesprom Network.
The background to the strike is the announced closure of PM 61, which will affect approximately 170 employees. Production on the machine stopped in late March.
