The Swedish Government has decided to ban public gatherings and public events with more than 50 people as of March, 29. Since this decision is also the norm for other types of gatherings, Holmen's Board of Directors has decided to postpone the Annual General Meeting (AGM), which was planned to be held on March 30, 2020 in Stockholm, Sweden.
Holmen will invite to the AGM no later than four weeks before the new date. The meeting will be held no later than June 30, in accordance with applicable legislation.
Holmen is a forest industry group that manufactures paperboard, paper and wood products and runs forestry and energy production operations.
