Inter IKEA Group has agreed to acquire approximately 24,000 hectares of forest assets in Latvia and Lithuania from the Dasos Timberland Fund II, which is managed by CapMan Natural Capital. The portfolio has reached a mature stage following over ten years of active, sustainable management that included securing Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certification for the land, according to CapMan Natural Capital.

The deal, expected to close in the first half of 2026 pending regulatory approvals, will expand Inter IKEA Group's commitment to responsible forestry and regional wood sourcing.

Following the sale, CapMan Natural Capital will retain management of roughly 215,000 hectares of land across eight EU countries. The firm implemented wood-supply agreements and identified renewable energy opportunities during its ownership to enhance the commercial profile of the Baltic assets.
