Jartek has signed a partnership agreement with Koeki Ltd., a Japan-based company with extensive experience working with Finnish industrial partners, to strengthen its presence in the Japanese market. The collaboration, which commenced in early 2026, aims to provide advanced automation solutions for Japan's sawmill industry, according to Jartek.
Koeki Ltd. brings decades of cooperation with Finnish companies and has established a strong position within Japan's forest and sawmill sector. The partnership grants Jartek access to local expertise and well-developed market networks. Japan's sawmill industry is currently undergoing a significant transformation, with increasing focus on automation and efficiency in production lines.
Kari Puustinen, VP of Sales at Jartek, stated that Japan represents a strategically important market and that the cooperation with Koeki provides an excellent platform to grow and meet evolving customer needs.
