Jens Bjørn Andersen, known for his role in increasing DSV's revenue to more than Euro 20 billion, is set to become the Chairman of Stark Group. With a track record of growth at DSV, Andersen is poised to bring valuable insights to Stark Group, a company that has seen its annual net sales rise to over Euro 8 billion in the past five years through both organic growth and acquisitions.

Søren Vestergaard-Poulsen, currently Stark Group's chairman and a managing partner at CVC Capital Partners, will assume the role of vice chairman. Vestergaard-Poulsen highlights Andersen's experience in acquisitions and company integration as key assets that will benefit Stark Group moving forward.

Andersen is expected to be officially elected at Stark Group's general meeting on April 23, 2024. Stark Group, a prominent distributor of heavy building materials for the construction industry in Europe, operates over 1,150 branches, employs more than 20,000 people, and maintains a strong market position across several European countries.
