Jussi Linnaranta will continue as the Chair of the Board of Directors for Metsäliitto Cooperative, the parent company of Metsä Group. The decision was made during the board's constituent meeting following the cooperative's annual general meeting. Mikko Mäkimattila also continues in his role as the Vice Chair of the board, according to Metsä Group.
The board confirmed the composition of its key committees. The Audit Committee will be chaired by Ilkka Salonen, with members Päivi Lindqvist, Jussi Linnaranta, Eija Pitkänen and Juha Vanhainen.
The HR Committee will be chaired by Taavi Heikkilä, with members Teuvo Hatva, Jussi Linnaranta and Mikko Mäkimattila.
Metsäliitto Cooperative is owned by over 90,000 Finnish forest owners.
