Kadant Inc. announced it has completed the integration of Vayeron Pty Ltd, a pioneer of smart conveyor monitoring technologies. Kadant acquired Vayeron on August 21, 2024, and integrated it into its Material Handling reporting segment.
Vayeron first developed smart conveyor monitoring technology in 2014, and is known for its Smart-Idler platform, an autonomous roller condition monitoring solution that enables 24/7 wireless monitoring of conveyor rollers. The platform’s advanced technology helps operators minimize downtime, reduce manual inspections, and mitigate fire risk. Vayeron’s solutions are used in bulk material handling applications across mining, ports, and process industries.
