Kazakhstan Kagazy appointed Charles Holloway as an independent non-executive director

Dec 20, 2015. /Lesprom Network/. Kazakhstan Kagazy PLC appointed Charles Holloway as an independent non-executive director, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

Mr Holloway read law at University College, Oxford. He qualified as a solicitor in 1975 and worked firstly at Allen & Overy and subsequently at Eversheds where he was a litigation partner specialising in commercial litigation and public inquiries. Since leaving Eversheds, Mr Holloway has acted as an adviser and consultant to a wide range of businesses both in the public and the private sectors.
