Kimberly-Clark Corporation has announced the organizational structure and key leadership that will take effect upon completion of its pending acquisition of Kenvue Inc. The combined company will operate four business segments focused on local markets, with a structure designed to align teams around ownership, agility, and speed, according to Kimberly-Clark.
The North America segment will generate approximately $18 billion in annual sales, followed by Europe, Middle East, and Africa with $5 billion, and both Asia Pacific Focus Markets and Enterprise Markets with approximately $4.3 billion each.
Mike Hsu will continue as chairman and CEO, with Russ Torres serving as group president and chief operations officer, Nelson Urdaneta as Chief Financial Officer, and John Carmichael as president of North America.
Katy Chen will lead Asia Pacific Focus Markets, while Carlton Lawson takes the role of president for EMEA. The transaction remains on track to close in the second half of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions, according to integration head Russ Torres.
