Koppers Holdings Inc. announced that Chief Financial Officer (CFO ) Jimmi Sue Smith will retire from the role effective 5 January 2026. She will continue as Treasurer and in an advisory capacity until 28 February 2026 to ensure a smooth transition. The company's Board of Directors has appointed Chief Accounting Officer Bradley Pearce as interim CFO while it conducts an external search for a permanent successor. Smith has served as CFO since January 2022, leading the company's global finance, accounting, tax, and investor relations functions. Pearce, who joined Koppers in 2006 and has served as Chief Accounting Officer since 2019, will assume the interim duties while continuing his current responsibilities.
Koppers is a global provider of treated wood products, wood preservation technologies and carbon compounds.
