Louisiana-Pacific Corporation (LP) has elected F. Nicholas Grasberger III as independent Chairperson of its Board of Directors, effective February 19, 2026, according to the company. The change follows current Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer W. Bradley Southern’s decision to retire from the Board, including his roles as director and Chairperson, on the same date.
“Nick brings significant financial expertise and long-standing familiarity with LP’s business and strategy,” said Lead Independent Director Dustan E. McCoy. “Having served on the Board for more than six years, he is well positioned to assume the role of Chairperson, and we look forward to his leadership.”
Grasberger has been a member of the LP Board since 2019 and serves on its Compensation, Finance and Audit, and Governance and Corporate Responsibility Committees.
He is Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Enviri Corporation, a provider of environmental solutions for industrial and specialty waste streams and rail technology. Grasberger joined Enviri in 2013 as Chief Financial Officer, became President and CEO in 2014, and was named Chairman in 2018.
The LP Board has also appointed President and CEO-elect Jason P. Ringblom as a Class III director, effective February 19, 2026. His appointment completes a comprehensive succession process led by the Board in partnership with Southern.
Ringblom joined LP in 2004 and currently oversees all global manufacturing and commercial operations. He previously served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the OSB and Siding businesses.
Directors Ozey K. Horton Jr. and Dustan E. McCoy will retire from the Board effective May 1, 2026, coinciding with LP’s annual meeting of stockholders. Following these changes, LP’s Board will consist of eight members, including seven independent directors and CEO Jason P. Ringblom.
