Lenzing AG CEO Rohit Aggarwal will resign from his position for personal reasons on 31 January 2026. Following his departure, leadership will transition to a three-member Managing Board, and the company will establish a new six-member Executive Committee to drive its commercial strategy. Aggarwal will remain with Lenzing as an advisor until the end of September 2026 to ensure a smooth handover, according to Lenzing AG.

The newly formed Executive Committee will include the three Managing Board members and three senior commercial leaders: Patricia Sargeant (Nonwovens Fibers), Yann Lepage (Textile Fibers), and Anton Putz (Pulp). This structure is designed to sharpen the company's focus on high-performance fiber segments. The Supervisory Board has initiated the process to appoint a new Chief Executive Officer.

The company's Managing Board confirmed its EBITDA guidance for 2025, expecting year-on-year growth based on current business performance and market outlook.
