Lifco signed an agreement to acquire Hultdin System AB, a leading manufacturer of tools and accessories for forestry and other heavy equipment industries, with head office and production in Malå, Sweden.

Hultdins will be consolidated in business area Demolition & Tools. The acquisition is expected to not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in current financial year.
