Oct 01, 2004. /Lesprom Network/. M-real and Gould Paper have yesterday closed the final agreements with regard to sale and purchase of Price & Pierce trading house. The Letter of Intent was signed in August. The sale of Price & Pierce is part of M-real's action plan to divest its non-core assets. The transaction has no material financial impact to M-real.
