The Madison’s Lumber Prices Index decreased to $512 mfbm for the week ending October 31, a $11 drop from the previous week’s price of $523.
Despite the weekly decline, the index remains $22 higher than its level from one month ago.
The index is calculated using weighted averages based on North American production volume ratios.
