The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Mayr-Melnhof Karton AG, Gotthard Mayringer, informed the Supervisory Board that he will not extend his current contract which runs until May 2018. Franz Hiesinger was appointed as successor. Mr. Hiesinger was a long-term CFO of Mondi Europe & International.
