May 29, 2014. /Lesprom Network/. CEO Mikko Helander will resign from Metsä Board to join Kesko Corporation as of 1 December 2014. Helander will continue as Metsä Board’s CEO for the time being. The Board of Directors of Metsä Board has initiated a process to appoint a new CEO, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
