Riikka Joukio is appointed Metsä Tissue’s SVP, Consumer Nordics and a member of Metsä Tissue management team as of 3 April 2018. She reports to Metsä Tissue’s CEO Petri Helsky. Joukio moves to her new role from the position of Metsä Group’s SVP, Sustainability and Corporate Affairs.
Joukio has extensive experience from forest industry including head of paperboard marketing operations in Metsä Board’s predecessor company M-real Corporation.
Mark Watkins who was previously in charge of Metsä Tissue’s Consumer Nordics business has left the company.
