Mohawk Industries Chief Financial Officer James Brunk will retire on 1 April 2026, concluding a 20-year tenure during which the company became a global flooring leader. Nicholas Manthey, the company's current Vice President of Corporate Finance and Investor Relations, has been appointed as his successor. The leadership transition was announced by Mohawk Industries.
Manthey joined the company's Flooring North America segment as its CFO in 2020 and brings prior financial leadership experience from roles at Bridgestone and Intel. Following his retirement, Brunk will continue to support the company in a senior advisory capacity to ensure a smooth transition.
