Moscow court resolved to exact RUR 1.2 million from Vladimir Krupchak at the suit of Base Element

Feb 06, 2006. /Lesprom Network/. Moscow arbitration tribunal considered that assertions of E. Tolstykh and Vladimir Krupchak are contrary to fact and impair goodwill of Base Element and Continental Management companies. E. Tolstykh, anchorman of the programme X Department (TV Centre) and Vladimir Krupchak, deputy of Gosduma, declared that Base Element and Continental Management are accessorial to Arkhangelsky PPM takeover using criminal measures, Base Element informed. Court resolved to exact in favour of plaintiffs - Base Element and Continental Management - RUR 10 million from TV Centre, RUR 1.2 million from Vladimir Krupchak, deputy of State Duma of Russian Federation and RUR 600 000 from E. Tolstykh, anchorman of the programme X Department.
