Naberezhnye Chelny KBK (Naberezhnye Chelny, Republic of Tatarstan, Russia) has suspended cooperation with Emba Machinery (Sweden) and Ducker Robotics (Germany).
The main reason was complaints about the quality of equipment and services of Emba Machinery and Ducker Robotics, with which several projects have been implemented in recent years at production sites in Naberezhnye Chelny and Chelny Upak in the Moscow region, Russia. Due to constant technical problems on the equipment and the untimely arrival of specialists from these companies, the delivery time for finished products (corrugated packaging) is disrupted and postponed. As a result, the plant is unable to fulfill consumer orders on time.
“Unfortunately, we are forced to inform our customers and business partners about the unsatisfactory services of Emba Machinery and Ducker Robotics, which led to serious financial losses,” said CEO Andrey Fomichev. “Therefore, it was decided to suspend further cooperation with Emba Machinery and Ducker Robotics. For example, we have already refused to cooperate with Ducker Robotics on two large projects."
