Nefab Group, through its subsidiary Nefab Denmark, has acquired FARUSA Emballage, a Nordic company specializing in heavy-duty corrugated solutions.
FARUSA’s high-quality, fiber-based products are a perfect addition to Nefab Nordic's existing portfolio. With this acquisition, Nefab will be better equipped to serve regional and local customers with innovative and sustainable packaging solutions.
The privately owned company, FARUSA Emballage, specializes in manufacturing and selling of heavy-duty corrugated products, supporting leading industry exporting customers with high-quality and sustainable packaging products.
Following the acquisition of FARUSA Emballage, the Nefab Group now comprises nearly 5,000 employees across 38 countries, with an annual turnover exceeding 10 billion SEK.
FARUSA Emballage was established in 1923, more than 100 years ago, and is the leading manufacturer in the Nordic region of Heavy Duty Corrugated Cardboard packaging.
