Russian Neusiedler Syktyvkar (Komi Republic) intends to process 3 million cub m of timber, second deputy CEO of Neusiedler Syktyvkar Andrei Samodelkin announced during the meeting with the chairman of the Council of Federation Sergei Mironov on July, 25. Besides, Samodelkin said that ‘in the future the enterprise will produce about 1 million tons of pulp and paper products.’ This will allow to double timber procession. Neusiedler Syktyvkar is presently designing the new technology of timber production taking into consideration the possible jobs cut.
