UPM-Kymmene Corporation has received an announcement, according to which Norges Bank's (The Central Bank of Norway) holding in UPM has exceeded 5% on 11 April 2012, as the company said in a press release received by Lesprom Network. The holding of Norges Bank in UPM is 28,430,102 shares, 5.41% of UPM's shares and voting rights. UPM comprises of three Business Groups: Energy and pulp, Paper, and Engineered materials. In 2011, UPM's sales exceed Euro 10 billion. UPM has production plants in 16 countries and it employs approximately 24,000 people worldwide.
